In addition, ADB develops, monitors, and updates the construction schedule while paying close attention to critical path work activities to ensure successful and on-time completion of the  project.

Throughout the duration of the project, ADB provides day-to-day oversight and coordinates all construction activities as we communicate and manage all of the client’s requirements with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
